Intervention by dott.ssa Monica Imovilli, concerning the phenomenon about the fight against counterfeiting. Specifically, it was discussed the unauthorized using of a trademark validly registered. Finally, it was analyzed the issue regarding individual imitative circumstances and also some evolutionary aspects about the “fake market”.
